Episode 46 opens in grief. Saltuk and Fatima are dead, and the news reaches Bali Bey, Satilmis and Dogan Agha one painful scene at a time. Sultan Mehmed answers with a public judgment of Platon, while Halil Pasha presses Notaras for answers. Meanwhile a new architect named Agamemnon asks to serve the city, the council argues over who speaks for the Sultan, and young Shahzade Bayezid slips out of the palace.
Grief for Saltuk and Fatima
Mustafa brings the worst news to Bali Bey, who remembers carrying Saltuk’s father home on his back while Saltuk was still a child. Dogan Agha then tells Satilmis, who at first refuses to believe it and then insists on telling Saltuk’s mother himself. At the funeral a grieving father says the martyrs passed their test and that the harder test now belongs to those left behind. Later Bali Bey confronts Kurtcu at the graves, and Dogan Agha tells him this pain never leaves, you only get used to it.
Platon Is Judged, Notaras Is Watched
Candarli Halil Pasha confronts Notaras, who denies any part in the deaths and reminds him he once saved Fatima and Saltuk. Candarli shows Platon’s ring and promises another visit. Platon is brought before the Sultan but will not name who stood behind him, so Mehmed has him taken to the square, where the people are told his end is a warning. Afterward the Sultan tells Lala to walk in the snow and leave no tracks, so that Notaras and the others believe they are free.

Note: Your TV and your phone, tablet, laptop or a PC need to be on the same network. Agamemnon, the Council and a Missing Shahzade
Agamemnon, the brother-in-law of Atik Sinan, says his ancestors built the old walls and asks to serve the new city. Mehmed tests him with a talk about Homer and revenge, then says he will think it over. Settar Agha’s men grow suspicious after he was seen greeting Notaras. At the council, Halil Pasha speaks for the Sultan and faces complaints from Zaganos and others, so Mehmed orders a caged window. That evening Bayezid cannot be found, and the whole city is searched.
