In Episode 20 of Taşacak Bu Deniz, the Ramadan nights in Surmene turn tense. Şerif Furtuna walks out of prison and Oruç is celebrated as the new chief. Then Fadime and Eleni vanish after an accident on the road to the highlands. Adil, Oruç and Esme search through the cold to find them before it is too late. Once the girls are safe, a darker question remains: who cut the brakes? Suspicion moves between the Koçari and the Furtuna, and an uneasy deal is struck.
Şerif Walks Free and the Girls Vanish
The episode opens at the iftar tent, where families bring their daughters and Adil is nowhere to be seen. Oruç announces that Şerif has been arrested, but Şerif appears and says he is not dead yet. We learn he argued in court that Esme is an unstable witness. Meanwhile Fadime and Eleni, who were supposed to reach Esme for iftar, never arrive. Iso cannot reach anyone, and the village starts to search. The truck is found against a tree with no sign of the girls, only blood and a trail leading away.
A Race Against the Cold
Footprints and a drag mark show that Eleni carried Fadime after giving her blood. Her phone holds a video asking for help and naming Adil. Adil, Oruç and Behçet find the girls close to freezing. Oruç warns that moving them too fast could stop their hearts, so the men build a ring of fire before the ambulance leaves. At the hospital Fadime recovers, but Eleni’s heart stops in intensive care. She is brought back, and the family waits outside, with Hicran and Esme both kept from her room.

Note: Your TV and your phone, tablet, laptop or a PC need to be on the same network. Cut Brakes and an Uneasy Guarantee
Metin reveals that someone cut the brakes on Iso’s pickup. Zarife blames the Koçari and demands that Fadime and Iso come to the Furtuna. Adil refuses until Oruç offers a compromise: Fadime stays at the chief’s house as a guarantee, and Adil must find the culprit. Eleni and Hicran rent a house nearby, which angers Oruç and Adil. Esme and Adil argue about where she belongs. Eyüphan gathers the brake mechanics for questioning, but one of them is missing. Then a visitor arrives with news that changes everything.
