Episode 3 of Güneşin Doğduğu Yer opens in the middle of a chase. Emir is pulled away from Leyla, and Kenan stops at nothing to bring him home. The fallout spreads across Adana. Munise is punished, Hanzade takes the blame for something she says she did not do, and a hotel rumor about Ceyhun turns the Kozan breakfast table upside down. Leyla refuses to leave without her son, and her stubbornness pushes everyone toward a night nobody in the mansion can sleep through.
The Train to Istanbul
The episode begins with a tender scene between a mother and her son, then cuts to the chaos of a train where Emir is torn between Leyla and Kenan. Back at the mansion, Ihsan, Gul and Celile argue about where the boy could be, while Munise is accused of handing him over. Later Kenan returns with Emir and says he found them near Ozanli, on the way to Istanbul. Ceyhun then tells Kenan that Leyla nearly went under the train, and Kenan admits he did not notice her fall.
A Hotel, a Rumor and a Fight
Ceyhun finds Leyla a room at the city hotel under his own name, then leaves. Leyla changes her mind and checks out at midnight. She takes a room elsewhere, and a truck driver named Mahmut bangs on her door, which ends with smashed windows and a split head. Meanwhile Ibo phones the Kozan house and says Ceyhun shared a room with Leyla. Kenan storms out of breakfast and the two friends trade punches in the hotel lobby, with Alev watching. Cezmi’s news later clears Ceyhun’s name.

Secrets Inside the Kozan Mansion
At home Munise is grounded after Hanzade claims she gave Emir to his mother. Munise admits she did not do it, and Hanzade later explains she only wanted to protect her sister-in-law. Celile quietly tells Kenan she knows Hanzade was not the one. Celile and Zeki whisper about a truth they fear Kenan will learn, and Hanzade lets slip a hint of her own. Then Leyla finds her way into the house at night, and the morning brings a fight and Kenan’s cold decision. The final scene leaves her facing an unexpected visitor.
