A Day in the Forest
The episode begins with Aunt Fatma granting her pardon on one condition: that she and the others become neighbors in Jannah, just as they are neighbors now. Sheikh Vefa then notices that Ahmed is sorrowful and suggests a day in the forest with his mother and sister. There Ahmed asks why Allah creates ugly things. Vefa answers that every creature has a purpose, from the cat that keeps rats away to the creature that carries seeds into the soil. Ahmed finally calls it very beautiful. That night his mother tells Vefa the outing both taught the children and won their hearts.
The Debt Collectors Meet Vefa
A group led by an Agha loses its valuable necklace and now depends on the coins Huseyin owes. They hear that he has taken refuge with Sheikh Vefa, who is respected across the capital. After a dhikr gathering, the men corner a gambler and press him for their money. Vefa steps in and tells them to bring their claim to him instead of pressuring others. He does not argue with them. He sends them to a house where someone owes him, and what they find there is not what they expected. Their plan takes an unexpected turn.

Salman tries to settle a quarrel with Leyla by offering to fix the house and buy a new necklace, but she says he has missed the point. For her, a home is what lives inside the walls. Elsewhere, Vefa gives Zembilli rose seeds to plant in Suleyman Efendi’s garden. He praises Zembilli’s gift for flowers and gives one firm instruction: keep the eyes blind and the tongue mute, gather the rose and stay away from the heart. The last scenes show Zembilli at work and leave the consequences open.
