Episode 187 of Teşkilat opens with Altay’s world falling apart. Father Yahya’s Test and Korkut’s Answer
The episode begins with Father Yahya’s brutal test. Bahar is handed a gun and told to shoot, while Korkut and Hamdi are caught in the middle. Bahar later explains that she sensed the gun was unloaded from the barrel. Korkut then offers blood money, and Hamdi stays as Yahya’s guest until the next evening. If Korkut cannot find whoever stole the weapons, Şahin will pay with his life. Yahya sends Sadık to follow his son, while Şahin secretly asks a contact to move the shipment to a southern port.
Altay in Pain, Tuğrul’s Offer
Altay is barely holding together. He demands a car key, argues with Kenan, and admits he wished his son would die rather than suffer for years. Chief Tuğrul visits him and tells him he needs a new war to live. Meanwhile, Ender’s grandfather Barlas tells Tuğrul he never liked Altay and begs for news of his grandchild. Then a signal from Azra arrives from inside Turkey, and the team must decide whether she is a traitor or bait for the Cartographers.

A voice calling “Dad” lures Altay and the team to a hideout. The doors are rigged with bomb triggers, and Zülküf recognizes the work of the same bomb maker behind a 2016 explosion that killed two civilians. He says he has fought this bomb a thousand times in his head. After trying something new, he finally defuses it. Cihan then lashes out at him, and Altay and the chief step in. Afterward the team concludes that Azra is tied to the Cartographers and turns its attention to Germany and Wilma.
