“We’re responsible for the effort, not the victory.”
Episode 189 of Teşkilat opens with Altay Yalçındağ under arrest for selling the chip project files to the Cartographers in exchange for his son Ender’s life. Chief Tuğrul has a plan, and Altay is soon back in the field. While the team traces the signal of the Cartographers’ AI, Korkut and Hamdi finally meet Ulak, who wants a statesman killed. A tense mission at a Swiss hotel then puts Altay and Azra among dangerous guests.
Altay Is Accused of Selling State Secrets
The episode begins with a charge nobody close to Altay believes. He is arrested for passing the chip production documents to the Cartographers, and his father-in-law Barlas Baray protests loudly. Altay promises Ender that he will come back before he is taken away. In the car he says he will never accept the label of traitor. Tuğrul has arranged things so that the escape looks illegal but is actually by the book. Later a report confirms that AI hacked Altay’s phone and the messages were fake, and Altay asks for his agency ring back.
Korkut and Hamdi Face Ulak
Korkut and Hamdi have pushed Şahin out of the game, and Ulak agrees to meet them. Ulak hides his face and offers to move them to the big table with the Mapmakers. The price is a job: kill a statesman who matters to Turkey. Korkut and Hamdi refuse and say they only deal in weapons. Later the team works out from a newspaper story that the target is shipbuilder Osman Selven. They reach him just after his convoy is ambushed. Şahin then springs a trap of his own.

The Chip Files and the Mission in Switzerland
The team follows the AI signal to a hidden building under the Aegean, and Altay’s group enters it disguised as generator maintenance workers. They find the evidence that clears him. Engineers also show that the chip pages carry Trojan protection, so printed copies lose their key words. Data from the server then points to a meeting at a Swiss hotel. Altay and Azra go in with a team, while Zülküf and Cihan chase the bomber known as Dragon and find a bomb waiting for them.
