Episode 23 of Taşacak Bu Deniz opens with a chase to find Emine’s baby after Sevcan hands him to Behçet. Adil Koçari steps in, Esme faces Şerif in court, and a medical emergency at Sevcan’s flat forces Oruç to guide İso and Fadime through CPR over the phone. Meanwhile Eleni’s doubts about Hicran grow, Şerif looks for someone to take the blame for the murder, and a second hearing could change everything for the family.
The Baby Chase and the First Hearing
Behçet drives off with Emine’s baby while Adil’s men track him. Esme stands before the judge, where Şerif says he loves his wife and wants the marriage to go on. Esme tells the court that he threatened her with the baby and killed a woman in front of her. The judge issues a temporary restraining order and postpones the case by two days. Sevcan then admits she gave the baby away for a house and a car, and Adil makes sure the child returns to his mother.
Oruç Guides a Rescue by Phone
Emine’s heart stops after the sleeping pills Sevcan gave her. İso and Fadime are with her, and Oruç talks them through it on the phone. He tells İso where to place his hands and to press to a horon rhythm, while Fadime counts the breaths after every 30 presses. When nothing works, Oruç calls for a precordial thump. A pulse finally returns. Later, Emine holds her son again, and Adil explains what he did to Behçet and Civan for taking the baby.
